Boatshed London are pleased to offer this LM27 Mk 2 for sale. Still incredibly well regarded, these Danish motor sailers offer great seakeeping ability thanks to its long keel combined with the comfort of a fixed wheelhouse.

This example has been used as a liveaboard for the last five years in London but has been maintained to a decent standard and wouldn't require a massive amount of work to get her ready to go to sea again. Was previously owned by the same owner for 18 years who took it across the channel on numerous occasions.

The saloon can be converted into two additional doubles so there is sleeping space for six if you really needed. The cockpit has a fold out table which could seat six too.

The mooring at St Katharine Docks could be transferred over (5% transfer fee) which allows for pied-a-terre usage. Current mooring fee is £9,750 including 20% liveaboard surcharge.
