Furling foresail, lazy jacks, battened main etc. In good condition for its age. Extensive refit in 2015. This yacht is ideal if you want the sailing qualities of a fin Keeler combined with the shallow draft to get more access time over sand bars and sils into harbours and marinas.

There are 6 berths. 2 up front in the forepeak. 2 in the main saloon on the bench seats and a double under the cockpit. This is accessed through a curtain. Some Dehler owners have replaced the curtain with a small louvered door. There are foam mattresses for the forepeak and double. They work fine but are covered in 80's design covers, so you may want to recover these. The light blue saloon seats turn into single berths by removing the back rests. There is some wear on one of these blue covers. There is 6ft head clearance in most of the saloon. There is a separate bathroom/sea toilet. L shaped galley has twin stainless steel sinks, cool box, oven and hob. Gas pipes were replaced and certified in 2015. 4 spray proof light blue cushions shaped for the cockpit. Eberspacher heating. 2 x12volt batteries, shore power extension cable and battery charging system.
GRP. This is a Dehler from the mid 80's when Dehler a German company had an enviable reputation for high strength build quality. Using quality resins they do not seem to suffer from osmosis, and the company was so confident in the strength of the hulls they released a video of the crash testing this model (search Dehler 31 crash test on the internet). Amazing & comforting to see!
Bruce Anchor and chain Danforth anchor. Removable cockpit spray dodgers, Red ensign and staff, Loads of fenders, swim ladder. Spray hood.
Icom VHF DSC MC411, Garmin GPS unit. New Raymarine auto pilot with fluxgate compass added in 2017. This is controllable from the helm (wheel steering) point through a repeater. The steering cables and steering quadrant were replaced in 2016.
Yanmar 2GM20 16hp, will cruise at 5.5knts, max 6.7knts. Do not know hours, it is the original engine 1986 but having said that it works really well. Just had it professionally serviced and no issues noted. It uses a drive shaft attached to a 3 bladed fixed prop that gives all the control needed in strong tides or manoeuvring in a marina. Very responsive, can almost turn at slow speed in its own length. The drive shaft, seal, propellor, engine mountings, batteries, were all fitted new in 2015.
Furling Genoa, Fore sails No1, No2, No3, Storm Mainsail, Lazy Jacks & bag stowage for main sail. Single line reefing for main, Tri-radial spinnaker, spinnaker pole. Spare Forestay. Main and standing rigging replaced new in 2015.
New Guard rails, safety lines and fire extinguishers in 2015. Recovery float, Lifebuoy, bilge pump (manual), Gas detector, Radar reflector, 4 person raft. Small inflatable dingy/tender with oars.
